Re: can stocks fall in value?

Securities, like any other asset or commodity traded on the market, can rise or fall in price, you can make sure of this by looking at the chevron stocks  quotes. In the long term, the shares of reliable companies tend to rise as the enterprise develops. For long-term deposits, it is advisable to choose stocks of well-known and serious companies that do not grow so quickly and do not bring very large profits (per year, for example), but the risks of losses are minimal.

Re: can stocks fall in value?

deterioration of business in the company; problems in a single industry; problems in the economy of the state where the company operates; a slowdown in the growth of the world economy, which also affects the stock exchange. It is not the real state of affairs that matters, but what exactly investors know and how they relate to it.
