The Prestige Raintree Park development is in the Launch Phase and is now undergoing construction, with about 90% of the projects sold out. There are currently less than 200 apartments for sale, although only 4 BHK and 5 BHK possibilities, with prices significantly greater from the launch. As of July, the project's construction has finished up to the framework structure and second floor level.
