(Third of a Series) In the field of AI, there is a contradiction: The predicted $16 trillion contribution to GDP by 2030 makes it the biggest economic opportunity of our era, but enterprise adoption of AI was less than 4% in 2018. According to a recent Gartner survey, the 4% in 2018 has increased to 14% in 2019. But even so, that is scant. This is due to a number of factors, including a lack of knowledge, resources, and confidence. The largest problem, though, is cultural.
The most crucial quality for firms that want to take part in this stage of technological innovation and wealth creation is a beginner's mindset; a desire to experiment and an acceptance of failure. Organizations should aim towards 100 percent
