I received an onn tablet for my birthday in February of this year. I really liked him. I don't know why this could happen with any product but the screen is off, it's not cracked on the outside, not even a tiny scratch, it turns on and off, but inside the tablet makes it completely unusable. I looked at onn electronics reviews and unfortunately found out that a lot of the equipment they sell is not of high quality.
