Same thing happened to me a few months back – I got this “customs fee” email for a package I never ordered. Looked super official, but then I spotted a weird typo in the sender’s address. I ignored it, but later found my email was actually hacked from an earlier phishing scam. Had to spend an entire weekend resetting passwords and running antivirus. Now I’m way more careful. You can try email hack checker – it’s a quick way to check if your email’s been compromised before things spiral.
