MONEY-FX / How to verify payza account?

Payza is one of the most wellknown money proccessors in the worl. I have a payza account but I could not verify my account. I completed all the steps according to their instruction but unfortunately they show that I did upload as per their instruction. Though I followed all the instruction carefully. But I don't I understand why they did not verify me.How can I verify my account now? Please give me some suggestions.

Just scan your documents and send as attaxhment to Payza support. And in email tell them you wanna verify your account. If this is difficult then verify via credit card or profile page of Payza

Id like to delete my account and Ive tried contacting the staff and they arent deleting my account. Could someone please help me with deleting my pilot profile on CVA? Thanks

I think the simplest way to do this would be to create a new account, then copy all the mail files from the old account directory on the server to the new account directory. Then just delete the old account.
