With the last purchase, the seller did not send me the goods, despite the fact that the first payment had already been made. So I found an affirm phone number and contacted them. The company considered my complaint and realized that the seller had deceived me, and therefore returned my money. This was done pretty quickly. I am completely satisfied with this financial company and its services.
