NY, Manhattan semi-permanent makeup
Some youtube shorts with this type of makeup definitely captured my attention. Now I want to get it. Any experience with places that offer services like this?

A semi-permanent makeup is great, the first reason for it in the name – you don’t need to do it every day, and that’s already a valid reason to get one. And however good you think you are with makeup, trust me, you aren’t even close to a makeup artist. So check the link and see for yourself. As for the places I will recommend this one
