Understanding how I cured my alopecia areata involved identifying and managing personal triggers. Stress was a significant factor for me, so I dedicated time to daily meditation and journaling. These practices helped me stay calm and grounded, which had a positive effect on my scalp health. In addition to stress management, I adjusted my diet by removing foods that could trigger inflammation, such as fried foods and refined sugars. I focused instead on whole grains, lean proteins, and antioxidant-rich fruits. Alongside dietary changes, I used a rosemary oil and coconut oil blend on my scalp to stimulate growth. With time, my hair gradually returned, and my confidence was restored.
