it’s affecting my ability to walk properly

Hello! I’ve been dealing with foot drop for a while, and it’s affecting my ability to walk properly. Does anyone have experience with a solution that helps improve walking with this condition? I’m looking for something effective but not too bulky.

Re: it’s affecting my ability to walk properly

Hi there! I completely understand how frustrating foot drop can be. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend looking into the RehabStride™ https://rehabstride.com/ AFO brace for foot drop. It’s a game-changer! The design is super lightweight and adjustable, so it fits with most shoes without any need for modifications. What I really like is that it uses a tension-adjustable cable system, which helps with dorsi-flexion, promoting a smoother and more natural gait. Plus, it actually focuses on rehabilitation, which means it can help improve your foot mobility over time, rather than just managing the condition. If you haven’t already, you might want to check it out. It really made a difference for me!
