Is 28 IU per Vial Too Much for Beginners?

I’m new to HGH and thinking about starting with Spectros, but the 28 IU per vial thing has me second guessing. Seems like a lot if I’m only planning to take like 2 IU a day.I know it’s just how it’s packaged, but does it make it harder to measure or store properly? I don’t want to mess with complicated math or waste product if I’m doing small daily doses. Anyone else started with these and had a good experience?

I had the same thought when I started, but it’s actually pretty simple once you reconstitute. I mixed 1 mL of bac water per vial, so every 0.07 mL = 2 IU. Easy to measure with an insulin syringe. You don’t need to use it all at once – just keep the mixed vial in the fridge and it’s good for 2–3 weeks. Here’s a good reference that helped me plan things out when I first started Spectros 280 IU =12ptTotally beginner-friendly once you get used to the math. Don’t let the 28 IU label scare you off.

I’m not a beginner but I always recommend people go slow. Start small and let your body adjust. The packaging size doesn’t matter much once you figure out your dosing method.
