I just started the book...."A Course in Weight Loss" by Marianne Williamson....
It really addresses my eating addiction.... I am only a few days in...but I feel less compelled by food!! The thing that is really helping me is journalling.. instead of eating I write about how I am feeling.. I have been eating emotionally for so long.... I don't remember a time where I didn't feel so compelled to eat.. I really recommend this book...and would love to hear if others have found success with it!

i am to lose weight now
i eat less than before, no meat, and walk for an hour after the dinner.
But I feel so hungry

I'm new to weight loss and I'm open to any tips and suggestions. This theme is very useful! Help me motivate myself, Check out sustanon supplements as well. I think they are really good and work. buying sustanon was the right decision. Maybe you can use them too, good luck!
