Prestige Evergreen is a huge apartment building project that is about to start pre-launch in Whitefield, East Bangalore. There are more than 28 acres in this new start project 2025 by Prestige Construction in Bangalore. It is the second part of the Prestige Raintree Park project.

The project has 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK flats that are between 650 and 2,500 square feet in size. Prices range from ₹ 1.10 Crore to ₹ 4.25 Crore. Approval for RERA is being worked on and should be ready by October 2025.


There are 10 huge towers in the project, each with two basements and 19 floors. The project is meant to be a luxury township in Whitefield, complete with high-end facilities and landscaped open spaces.
