You can export CSV files from your Shopify admin to back up your store information. You can combine these CSV files with other data (for example, a copy of your theme) to create a backup or duplicate of your store.

To solve this problem, I decided to use report a shopify store . This is an email marketing app specially designed for Shopify and helps you export data in CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx) formats. It has convenient filters and sorting, which allows me to reduce the volume of uploading and increase the speed of preparing data for export.

Go to your Shopify admin → the section you want to export (Products, Orders, etc.)
Click the Export button (usually top right)
Choose format (CSV for Excel/Numbers) and scope (all, current page, selected)
Download and open in Excel / convert as needed.
If still you get the error then download any third party exporter app from the happymoodhub, providing the happymod appstore
