Two important questions about VPNs and similar services.
First of all, is there anything negative or unfavorable about using a VPN or for some reason why I should disable this feature in Windows. I'm pretty sure he still doesn't use a VPN because I've never heard of a free Windows 10 VPN service lol.
But the biggest question is, can someone explain to me or tell me where I can learn more about how people manually configure VPNs and socks? And I guess I lied, I have a 3rd question... if I wanted to manually use DNS instead of a randomly assigned one, where could I learn how to configure it?

As per my knowledge and testings on different VPNs, I found NordVPN, Windscribe, PureVPN, etc offers the static and dedicated IP Address. Even you do not need to manually configure them in your system, you can setup the static IP address through the Software.

There are many VPNs. I use a vpn unblock proxy. This is a paid and secure VPN that I often use for Netflix. If you want to feel safe, it is better to use this option of VPN services.

It depends on what you need VPNs and proxies for. For example, it is better to use anonymous city proxies for high-quality SEO promotion of foreign websites. In this case, the quality of targeting advertising will be much higher, because you buy proxies not only of the desired country, but also of the specific city.
