• How do you handle duplicated or delayed shipment events?

• How are manual overrides handled?

My current order would be Zoolatech for a complex connected platform, Softeq for hardware-heavy logistics, Adexin for routing and delivery products, and Orases for a more traditional custom TMS or WMS project.Has anyone worked with these companies in a real production environment? I’m especially interested in integration quality and support after the first release.
