MONEY-FX / How to use Paypal from Nepal?

I have heard that we can not withraw money of Paypal account in Nepal. But I also heard that there are some other ways to withdraw it in Nepal. Anybody know about this? Please help me.

Hi there,

can someone tell me how to use assets like the one I attached from quixel using skatter?
Is that possible with sketchup or those are for other programs like UE?

If it's not supported in your country then it will be hard to bank withdraw but you can send your friends and collect cash.

Actually "You currently cannot withdraw money from PayPal in Nepal. You can only use PayPal to pay for goods/services from Nepal"
