Hey everyone,I’m a car sales manager, and lately, it feels like I’m juggling way too many things at once—coaching my team, overseeing deals, hitting targets, and making sure the dealership runs smoothly. Sales can be unpredictable, and no matter how much I plan, one unexpected deal can throw everything off.I’m trying to figure out a better way to manage my workload and delegate effectively. Right now, I feel like I’m trying to do everything myself, and it’s starting to burn me out. Here’s where I could use your advice:1️⃣ What should I handle personally, and what should I delegate to my team? For example, I love being involved in negotiations, but I know I shouldn’t be stepping into every deal.2️⃣ How do you structure and plan the sales process? With so many moving parts, it’s hard to stay organized while keeping the team motivated.I’ve been exploring tools and resources, and Automotivaters caught my eye. They focus on coaching and creating sustainable sales strategies for automotive teams, which feels like exactly what I need right now. Has anyone used them before? If so, did it help with team performance or time management?I’d love to hear how other managers approach these challenges. How do you balance everything without burning out? Any tips or strategies would be hugely appreciated.😊

Hey,
I’m hoping to get some advice on finding the right sales course for improving my performance. I’ve been in automotive sales for a few years now, and while I’ve had some success, I feel like I’ve hit a bit of a plateau. Lately, I’ve been struggling to close deals as consistently as I used to, and I know I need to sharpen my skills if I want to keep growing in this industry.
I used to think I could just power through and figure it out on my own, but it’s clear I need a more structured approach. I want to get back to feeling confident in my abilities and make sure I’m on top of my game, especially with how competitive the automotive sales world is.
I’ve been looking into different sales courses, and I came across Automotivaters, which offers training specifically designed for the automotive industry. From what I’ve seen, they focus on performance improvement, which is exactly what I need right now. Has anyone here taken their courses, or have you found other training programs that really helped you level up your sales skills?
I’d love to hear about any recommendations or personal experiences with professional sales courses. I’m ready to invest in myself and get back to feeling like I’m thriving in this industry!

Hey everyone! I'm trying to improve my sales skills and would love to find some good online training programs. Have any of you taken courses that you found particularly helpful? I’m interested in options that cover both fundamentals and advanced strategies. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
