Yes, there are. But mostly it means cryptogames, where welcome bonuses are given. For example, Bitrunner, in it you have to look for Bitcoins scattered around the world. There are a lot of them, you have to look for

It all depends on why you want to play crypto games. If you want to make money from it, then be prepared to take the time and maybe invest. Because free games won't bring you much money. Although I may be wrong. Myself just started studying this topic recently, started playing monsta infinite. I like it by itself, so I will continue to understand, and maybe I can earn on it.
