Locked out of osTicket

Currently blocked from our system. It was a new installation on Windows Server 2019, IIS and MySQL.
When you try to log in, just get the message "access denied".

The ost_staff table in the database lists only 2 users (administrators I created) - I tried to reset their passwords by updating the information about the table with new passwords, the request is in order, fixed, without dice.

I tried to restart IIS, but still nothing.

Do you have any ideas?

I am an idiot - when further viewing the user names of the agents listed in the os_staff table in the database, I entered the wrong user name.
